How do I join your loyalty program?
Joining our loyalty program is easy. If you have a registered account on our store, then you have to do nothing.
All registered users are automatically enrolled.

How do I earn store credit?
You earn 5-15% for every purchase once you have registered with an account on our store.

The next time you shop with us, your store credit will be ready and waiting for you.

How does your loyalty program work?
Earn up to 1.5£ for every 10£ you spend with us.
Below are our three reward levels.

| Silver | £1-250 | 5% cash back. eg, spend £50, get £2.5 store credit. |
| Gold | £251-750 | 10% cash back. eg, spend £100, get £10 store credit. |
| Platinum | £751 and Up | 15% cash back. eg, spend £100, get £15 store credit. |
Do my store credit expire?
Your store credit never expires.
Rules and Regulations
- Store credit is available to registered online members only.
- Store credit may not be applied to accounts prior to 24 hours from the time of purchase.
- Store credit are earned and redeemable by the e-mail address on account only.
- Store credit are non-transferable.
- Store credit may only be redeemed for purchases and have no cash value.
- Store credit are accumulated by current purchases only.
- Members must be 18 years or older.
- Accounts will be audited monthly and any suspicious activity will be inactivated and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law when necessary.
- We hold the right to cancel an account at any time.
- Memberships without any activity after a year may be cancelled without notice.
- Unused store credit never expire.
- Maximum loyalty benefits are capped at £1000 per year.
The more you use, the more you save.
